Terms
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at learnforgeai.life (the "Site") and your relationship with LearnForgeAI Inc. ("LearnForgeAI," "we," "us" or "our"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada with its principal place of business at 300 Sixth Avenue, Suite 412, New Westminster, BC V3L 3T1, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
Separate written agreements govern lab programme enrolment, school pilot partnerships, residency engagements and other paid services. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails for the scope of that engagement.
1. About LearnForgeAI
LearnForgeAI is a future AI education innovation lab developing synthetic learning environments, immersive AI experiences and virtual education assistants for Canadian schools and education innovators. We are not a marketing agency, SaaS vendor without an education mission, corporate AI consulting agency or generic online course catalogue. Content on the Site describes our lab activities, programmes and partnership models for informational purposes.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for educators, school administrators, education professionals and institutional decision-makers aged eighteen years or older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you access the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. Permitted uses include browsing programme and service information, submitting contact inquiries, registering for lab tours or showcase events and accessing published research materials. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial or local law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks or lab infrastructure
- Transmit malware, spam, automated scraping tools or other harmful code
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation or institutional authority
- Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Site content without prior written consent
- Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' access
- Use the Site to collect personal information about others without consent
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, programme descriptions, research briefs, design elements and software — is owned by LearnForgeAI Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. The LearnForgeAI name, logo and lab programme identifiers (including LFG-101 through LFG-601) are trademarks of LearnForgeAI Inc.
You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution or public display requires prior written permission from LearnForgeAI. Prototypes, research outputs and co-designed materials produced during lab engagements are governed by the intellectual property provisions of the applicable partnership or programme agreement.
5. Programme and service information
Programme descriptions, pricing ranges, service outlines and prototype showcases on the Site are provided for general information and may change without notice. Published pricing ("from C$...") represents starting points for standard lab programme configurations; custom scopes, district-wide pilots and extended residencies are quoted individually. Enrolment in any programme or service requires a separate agreement confirming scope, fees, schedule and deliverables.
LearnForgeAI does not guarantee that any prototype, simulation or virtual assistant described on the Site will achieve specific educational outcomes, accreditation, adoption rates or learner performance improvements. Lab outputs are pilot-stage by design and require responsible implementation by qualified educators.
6. Contact form and communications
When you submit our contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and to consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to inquiries within two business days but do not guarantee response times. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract for services; formal engagements require signed agreements.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, partner school pages or research publications. These links are provided for convenience only. LearnForgeAI does not endorse, control or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices or availability. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEARNFORGEAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information about AI prototypes, immersive technology and virtual assistants reflects our current lab work and may not represent final production systems.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEARNFORGEAI INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (C$100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LearnForgeAI Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as described in those policies.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia, sitting in New Westminster or Vancouver, and you irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
14. Waiver
LearnForgeAI's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of LearnForgeAI.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
16. Education disclaimer
LearnForgeAI develops synthetic and immersive AI learning experiences through our education innovation lab. Prototypes and pilot programmes are illustrative; we do not guarantee third-party accreditation, job placement or universal adoption results. Virtual assistants and simulations support — not replace — qualified educators. We are not a SaaS vendor without an education mission, corporate AI consulting agency or generic online course catalogue. Programme outcomes depend on partner engagement, institutional context and responsible implementation by qualified teaching professionals.
